4. Legal basis for processing

If you include information about your health in the form, we process it with your explicit consent (Art. 9.2.a GDPR), which you give by ticking the corresponding box, solely to respond to your request. If you begin psychological treatment, your health data will be processed in accordance with the applicable healthcare regulations.
5. Retention of data
Messages received through the form are kept for a maximum of 12 months if no therapeutic relationship begins. If one begins, the information becomes part of the clinical record and is kept for the period established by healthcare regulations.
6. Recipients and processors
Your data is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.
Resend, Inc., a transactional email provider based in the United States, is used as a data processor for contact form submissions. The international transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR. - Vercel Inc. (website hosting), based in the United States; the international transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

- Google (Google Maps): the map on the home page and on the contact page is loaded when those pages are visited, so Google receives the visitor's IP address, even if cookies have not been accepted.
