I have always had a deep curiosity about human behaviour, which led me to study Psychology. During my university studies I discovered a particular interest in two specific areas: Legal Psychology and Clinical and Health Psychology.

This interest motivated me to move to Valencia after completing my degree, where I studied for the Master's in Legal Psychology at the Catholic University of Valencia San Vicente Mártir. This experience not only enriched my knowledge, but also allowed me to connect with leading professionals in the field.

After completing the Master's, I began my professional career carrying out psychological expert assessments in the private sector and joined the Psychology Expert Witness panel of the Official College of Psychologists of the Balearic Islands (COPIB). At the same time, I felt the need to deepen my knowledge in the health field, so I completed the Master's in General Health Psychology at the University of the Balearic Islands, specialising in the assessment and psychological treatment through Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy.

Throughout my training, I realised that sexual health and couple relationships were essential aspects of my patients' lives that I had not addressed sufficiently. Recognising the importance of a healthy sexuality for overall wellbeing, I decided to undertake the Master's in Sex and Couples Therapy with a Gender Perspective at the SEXPOL Foundation in partnership with the University of Nebrija, thus complementing my clinical training.

My work as a psychologist

In the healthcare field, my main goal is to help people face and overcome a variety of problems, promoting their emotional and psychological wellbeing. My approach includes a thorough assessment of each case, precise diagnosis, and the design and implementation of a personalised treatment plan tailored to each individual's specific needs.

In the judicial context, my work focuses on conducting forensic assessments and issuing expert reports in various areas of Law (Criminal, Family, Civil, Employment and Juvenile). The purpose of the expert report is to assist the Judge in judicial decision-making, providing a well-founded and objective psychological perspective.

Both in the clinical and judicial fields, my work as a psychologist carries great responsibility. For this reason, I consider it essential to use techniques, instruments and procedures that are scientifically validated and offer guarantees of efficacy and quality. I deeply value ongoing training, as it allows me to stay up to date and offer the best possible care.

"My wish is to continue growing as a psychologist and to keep helping people improve their quality of life. I am deeply grateful for the trust placed in me and hope to continue contributing positively to the lives of those who seek my help."
